(1) FEMSA has a 14.76% economic interest in Heineken (consisting of 12.26% of Heineken Holding N.V. and 8.63% of Heineken N.V.)

Coca-Cola FEMSA (47.2% owned) is the largest franchise bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world by volume. It has operations in 10 countries including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Central America, Venezuela and Uruguay.

FEMSA Comercio – Proximity Division (100% owned) operates OXXO, the largest and fastest-growing chain of small-format stores in Latin America. OXXO has more than 19,566 stores, and it is now one of the largest convenience store chain globally.

FEMSA Comercio – Health Division (100% owned) with 3,368 pharmacies and related operations in Chile, Mexico and Colombia.

FEMSA Comercio – Fuel Division (100% owned) with 558 gas stations located in 17 states of Mexico.

Heineken On April 30, 2010, FEMSA announced the closing of the transaction pursuant to which FEMSA agreed to exchange 100% of its beer operations for a 20% economic interest in the Heineken Group. On September 18, 2017 this economic interest was reduced to 14.8% through an Equity Offering.

FEMSA also has other operations, such as logistics, point-of-sale refrigeration and plastic solutions to our own businesses and third party clients.
